Responsibilities include reading blueprints, interpreting weld symbols, inspecting welds, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. You’ll work closely with a team-focused production crew, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop your technical skills using advanced fabrication equipment while meeting quality and production goals.
