MIG Welder – $25+ Hour DOE 

Location: Catoosa, OK 

Pay Rate: $25.00+ per hour DOE 

Job Type: Full-Time 

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Rotating Shifts

Position Overview

HireCall is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a full-time opportunity in Catoosa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of MIG welding experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to produce quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position requires employees to rotate between first and second shifts every two weeks.

Work Schedule

· 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

· 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

· Shift Rotation: Employees rotate between first and second shifts every two weeks.

· Workdays: Monday through Friday

Candidates must be available and willing to work both shifts.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.

· Produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds.

· Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.

· Prepare materials and surfaces for welding.

· Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.

· Operate welding equipment and related tools safely and efficiently.

· Identify and correct welding defects as needed.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

· Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience required.

· Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.

· Ability to produce consistent, quality MIG welds.

· Basic understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must be willing to rotate between first and second shifts every two weeks.
