To support maternal health initiatives, the full-time Midwest Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based patient care by assessing and signing breast pump prescriptions and conducting consultations via telehealth in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Assess and sign breast pump prescriptions for patients in accordance with maternal health program requirements Conduct professional services consultations with patients through telehealth platforms Utilize electronic medical record systems to communicate with patients and review intake forms Required qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in a clinical field (Nurse Practitioner) Active professional licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing across the Midwest Region 3 years of direct clinical experience in a healthcare setting Interest in maternal health and improving patient outcomes Preferred certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)
