Are you a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding opportunity on the midnight shift? Spring Mill Health Campus is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care according to residents' individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in PointClickCare
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Supervise and support CNAs during the shift
- Maintain residents' safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity
- Follow all facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the State of Indiana
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
