Overview

• The role focuses on sophisticated transactional, operational, and regulatory matters for healthcare providers, health systems, and other industry participants.
• The work encompasses a broad range of healthcare transactional and regulatory matters, including healthcare contract drafting and negotiations; operational and regulatory counseling for healthcare providers and health systems; Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement advice; healthcare compliance and regulatory analysis, including fraud and abuse support; and cross-disciplinary support on digital health, compliance, and healthcare transactional matters.
• The DWT Healthcare Practice Group has significant demand and a strong pipeline of healthcare regulatory and operational work, creating opportunities for client exposure and long-term practice growth.
