Duties
- Draft, review, and negotiate merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and related documents.
- Manage and close M&A and related transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence.
- Advise clients on general corporate and business matters.
- Work with partnership agreements, joint ventures, and LLC operating agreements.
- Handle representation and warranty insurance underwriting issues.
Requirements
- Three to five years of Corporate M&A experience.
- Private equity experience preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
