Middle School Counselor
Provide guidance and counseling services to assigned students as outlined in the Ann Arbor Public Schools high school guidance program. Help staff members meet the special needs of the students through classroom involvement or in joint teacher counselor-student sessions. Makes referrals to Student Referral Team (SRT). Attend SRT meetings. Work with substance abuse issues and community resources. Other duties as assigned.
This is a full time position, requiring regular reliable and predictable attendance on site to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
