Job Description

• Coordinating the middle school football program.
• Help organize and coordinate off‑season activities.
• Work on skill development and participation goals.
• Communicate with students, athletes, parents, and community about the football program.
• Check on student/athletes grades and school attendance.
• Supervise before, during, and after practices and games.
• Collaborate with other coaches in building a strong athletic program at the high school.
• Have high expectations of students/athletes to achieve academic success.

Qualifications

• Successful football coaching experience.
• Football background / NFHS trained.
• Communication, motivation and organization skills.
• Able to conduct yourself with the highest ethical and moral standards of good sportsmanship and teaching.
