Senior DeveloperOur client is seeking a Senior Developer with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and support of innovative software solutions within a fast-paced capital markets environment on their Middle Office team.Responsibilities & QualificationsLead, architect, and develop innovative software solutions; manage design reviews, code quality, and testing standardsProvide Level 3 production support including diagnosis, investigation, and resolution of critical issues; coordinate across development, business, infrastructure, and vendor teamsFollow established deployment processes to implement, test, and configure code changes in production environmentsPro-actively collaborate within a global development team to deliver robust, scalable solutionsMentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in legacy platform modernizationDesign and optimize solutions using multi-threading, async programming, and SOLID architectural principlesWork with Front Office Trading Platforms, FIX protocol, and capital markets instruments including equities, swaps, and corporate actionsRequirements10+ years of software development experience with demonstrated expertise in C# and .NETAdvanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server; strong understanding of database design and optimizationExpert-level knowledge of multi-threading, async programming, and SOLID principlesProven experience with FO Trading Platforms, FIX protocol, and capital markets domain (equities, swaps, corporate actions)Experience working with legacy platform programming and modernization initiatives in financial servicesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issuesExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teamsC++ experience is a plus
