Salary: $115K-$150K Base + ~25% Bonus
A highly regarded multi-strategy investment firm is seeking a Middle Office / Operations Associate to join a collaborative team supporting a sophisticated trading platform across multiple asset classes. This role offers significant visibility to senior leadership, including the CFO, COO, traders, and investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily trade lifecycle management across equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX, credit, and commodities
- Monitor trading controls, risk limits, OTC confirmations, and operational processes
- Reconcile trade activity and resolve breaks with counterparties and brokers
- Partner with investment, accounting, compliance, and operations teams on strategic initiatives
- Assist with reporting, process improvements, automation projects, and trade flow enhancements
- Support risk management, position monitoring, and operational oversight functions
Ideal Background:
- 3-6 years of experience within a hedge fund, prime brokerage, investment bank, or fund administrator
- Exposure to multi-asset trading environments and investment operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated academic achievement and a track record of professional growth
- Progress toward CFA, advanced degrees, or technical skill development is a plus
