Middle Office Associate

Middle Office Associate opportunity with a rapidly growing $10B+ multi-strategy hedge fund. For someone looking to advance their career in fund finance, this is an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the firm’s COO and CFO while learning directly from senior leadership.

COMPENSATION:

Base - $125,000 to 175,000 (Stretch Me On Comp)

Bonus - 15% to 45%

Commensurate with experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for booking third-party trade executions across multiple asset classes, including equities, equity derivatives, credit derivatives, fixed income derivatives, foreign exchange (FX), and commodities.

• Monitor trading policies, procedures, position limits, and operational controls on a daily basis to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, resolving ad hoc issues related to trade capture, execution processing, and risk management.

• Liaise with the Firm’s Principals, Traders, and Strategists to proactively communicate relevant trading and operational updates.
