Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, negotiate, and amend a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and customer agreements
- Analyze and adapt non-standard contracts received from clients, partners, suppliers, and other third parties
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations, with a particular focus on UK jurisdiction
- Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and provide practical recommendations to stakeholders
- Support contract negotiations with clients and vendors to achieve commercially favorable outcomes
- Collaborate closely with business, sales, operations, finance, and management teams on contractual matters
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution and renewal
- Develop and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and internal legal processes
- Conduct legal research on contractual and commercial law matters across various jurisdictions
- Maintain accurate contract records and ensure proper document management practices
- 3-5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer, Legal Counsel, or similar role
- Strong experience working with UK commercial contracts and UK legal frameworks
- Experience supporting contracts across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to review and negotiate both standard and highly customized agreements
- Experience working with B2B commercial contracts in international business environments
- Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and legal compliance principles
- Ability to identify legal risks and propose practical business-oriented solutions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
