Mid to Senior Level Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager
Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and institutional MEP projects
- Manage projects from design development through construction administration
- Prepare and review mechanical drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
- Support construction administration, RFIs, and field coordination
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Mid to senior-level experience in MEP mechanical design
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy codes, and industry standards
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- PE license preferred or ability to obtain
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
