Duties

Requirements
- 3-6 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm setting.
- Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC.
- Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required.
Education
- A Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- A JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
