The assistant supervisor is also responsible to train employees on work instructions.Essential Duties:Provides visible leadership and guidance to all production staff in order to foster continuous improvements and best practices.

Maintains continuous engagement with all production employeesWorks with Production Supervisor to establish and deploy standard works for all associatesEnsures production schedule is met. Lines running at expected rates.
