Mid-Senior Level Labor & Employment Litigation Associate

Overview

• Role requires defense-side complex litigation experience, including independently managing sophisticated matters.
• Responsibilities include handling complex litigation from inception through resolution, encompassing drafting and responding to pleadings, managing written and electronic discovery (including e-discovery strategy), drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading or substantially participating in mediations and trials.
• The position involves mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with litigation teams.
• While prior employment law experience is preferred, the firm also seeks litigators from other defense-side complex litigation practices interested in developing an employment law practice and contributing to firm growth.
• Candidates should demonstrate an interest in business development and long-term practice growth.
