Required Skills & Experience
- Experience administering the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID)
- Experience supporting end users in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Windows desktop administration and endpoint management
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools
- Knowledge of identity and access management
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
