What You'll Do :
  • Provide counsel in estate planning and estate administration for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
  • Work with clients to implement business succession , asset preservation , and estate tax planning strategies.
  • Draft wills , trusts , family limited partnerships , and other estate planning documents .
  • Manage complex, multi-jurisdictional estate administration and tax filings .
  • Support clients with post-mortem planning and other advanced estate planning techniques.
What You'll Bring :
  • 5+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates law, focusing on estate planning or estate administration .
  • Knowledge of business entities , tax compliance , and estate tax planning .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with sophisticated high-net-worth clients .
