Requirements
Must have:
- We require an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and sustain a polygraph.
- We require U.S. citizenship.
- We require a bachelors degree plus 4–8 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree plus 2–6 years of experience.
- We are looking for experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- We want experience with modern front-end or back-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, or Flask.
- We require experience building and using REST APIs.
- We expect experience with AWS or Azure.
- We require hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- We want experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- We require familiarity with Git and CI/CD tooling such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- We want comfort working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.
- We look for understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, and secure coding practices.
- We value familiarity with RMF, STIGs, or other government security standards.
- We want strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- We prefer candidates who can quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs.
- Preferred qualifications include UI/UX and responsive web development, OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible, AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, SQS/SNS, and CloudFormation, AWS GovCloud or C2S experience, Intelligence Community or Federal Government background, and geospatial technologies such as GeoServer, PostGIS, OGC APIs, or ESRI ArcGIS.
Responsibilities:
- We design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications.
- We build modern web applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
- We develop cloud‑native solutions using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- We participate in the full software development lifecycle.
- We work in Agile Scrum teams.
- We collaborate with product owners, mission users, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- We support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- We conduct code reviews and champion clean, maintainable software.
- We troubleshoot production issues and fix defects.
- We mentor junior developers and help drive continuous improvement.
