Requirements: Requires an electrical engineering degree and a strong design background in power, industrial, and high-voltage substations; mid-level candidates should have 6-9 years of experience, while senior candidates should have 10-20 years. Candidates should have knowledge of NEC, ANSI, and IEEE standards, a U.S. PE license or NCEES record, relevant power-system software experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
