Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, the full-time Mid-Level PCB Designer will develop complex printed circuit boards using Altium Designer and Siemens PADS Professional, ensuring manufacturable designs for various innovative products in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Design PCB layouts from concept through production, converting electrical schematics into manufacturable layouts Create and maintain PCB footprints, symbols, and component libraries while generating fabrication and assembly documentation Perform DRC/ERC verification and apply IPC standards and DFM/DFA best practices in collaboration with PCB fabricators and contract manufacturers Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience 3-7 years of PCB layout experience Proficiency with Altium Designer and experience with Siemens PADS Professional Experience designing multilayer PCBs and creating PCB footprints and schematic symbols Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes, along with familiarity with IPC standards
