Mid-Level Microsoft Power Apps DeveloperMid-Level Microsoft Power Apps Developer Location: Remote Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft Power Apps Developer to support a federal client in designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions that drive mission success and operational efficiency. In this role, you will develop customized Power Platform applications, configure platform components, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable business solutions. You will participate throughout the application lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation, helping federal organizations modernize and streamline critical operations.What You'll Do As a Mid-Level Microsoft Power Apps Developer, you will:Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologiesConfigure and customize Power Apps solutions to meet business and operational requirementsDevelop and manage data models and integrations using Microsoft DataverseCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteriaIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environmentsParticipate in Agile software development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesSupport application testing, validation, and defect resolution activitiesTroubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve application performance and reliabilityAssist with deployment, configuration management, and release activitiesCreate and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system proceduresContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization effortsSchedule & Shift DetailsFull-time (40 hours/week)Hybrid work environmentOn-site support required in Washington, D.C.Support provided during standard federal business hoursRequirementsU.S. Citizenship requiredSecret clearance required or higherBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform infrastructureMinimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint OnlineMinimum 3-5 years of experience with Agile application developmentUp to 2 years of experience supporting Agile testing activitiesMinimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft DataverseExperience designing and developing Power Platform applications in enterprise environmentsExperience working within Agile software development teamsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy Join Blue Rose?Support high-impact federal digital modernization initiativesWork with leading Microsoft cloud and low-code technologiesCollaborate with experienced technical and program teamsContribute to secure, scalable solutions that support critical government missionsGrow your expertise while supporting innovative federal programs
