Duties
- Oversee complex corporate M&A transactions with limited supervision.
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on client matters.
- Engage in business development activities.
- Draft and review transaction documents.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant M&A experience.
- Experience with private equity transactions preferred.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
- Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the office is located required.
