Duties
- Oversee M&A matters with limited supervision.
- Work directly with partners, senior associates, and clients.
- Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions.
- Engage in business development activities.
Requirements
- Experience in complex corporate M&A transactions.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and business development aptitude.
Education
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
- Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
