Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers.
- Draft, negotiate, and communicate effectively throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Manage multiple workstreams and interact directly with clients and opposing counsel.
- Engage in business development and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant M&A experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in transactions.
- Interest in business development and client relationship building.
- Education: JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted to practice.
- Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
