This role focuses on U.S. and cross‑border middle market M&A transactions, with an emphasis on private equity. Duties
- Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions.
- Oversee M&A matters with limited supervision.
- Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and clients.
- Engage in business development activities.
Requirements
- 4‑6 years of relevant M&A experience.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience in early‑stage financing is a plus.
- Education: JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Certifications: Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted. Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
