Duties
- Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures.
- Draft, negotiate, and communicate effectively throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Manage multiple workstreams and interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and deal teams.
- Engage in business development and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in complex corporate M&A transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and client interactions.
- Interest in business development and client relationship building.
- Education: JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Certifications: Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice; timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located required.
