- Engage in business development and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in complex corporate M&A transactions.

Education
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
