Requirements

- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic.
- Early-stage financing experience is a plus.
- EducationJD from an ABA accredited law school.
- CertificationsActive member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
- Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
