Duties
- Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures.
- Draft, negotiate, and communicate effectively throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Manage multiple workstreams and interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and deal teams.
- Engage in business development and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in complex corporate M&A transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and client interactions.
- Interest in business development and client relationship building.
Education
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school.
Certifications
Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located required.
