- Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
- Be an effective liaison between the business teams and the Boeing and Dell IT teams
- Work with IT design teams to develop technical solutions supporting business needs
- Work with production teams to resolve IT issues, and implement IT solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Organizational Management Field
- Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects
- Active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines
