Enjoys collaborating with Product & Marketing
Gets excited by improving things, not just maintaining them
Tech-wise, they’re looking for:
C# / .NET experience
Full stack capability
Some React / JavaScript / TypeScript exposure
Someone comfortable shipping features end-to-end
The sweet spot is probably 3–5 years’ experience, but mindset matters more than years on paper. Strong communicators, aggressive learners, and people who genuinely care about craft will do well here.
