We invest in your technical growth!Make a Difference: Your work supports innovative manufacturing and makes life easier for everyone on-site.What You’ll Do:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and more).Take on troubleshooting tasks and support repairs under the mentorship of senior techs.Respond quickly to work orders and facility requests–your agility keeps us running!Conduct basic building inspections and assist with workspace setups and moves.Keep accurate maintenance logs and contribute to our continuous improvement culture.Champion safety and compliance with every task.What We’re Looking For:High school diploma or GED (technical training/certification a plus!)2+ years’ experience in facilities maintenance, building ops, or similar fieldBasic knowledge of systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electricalComfortable using hand & power toolsSharp attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a team player!Even Better If You Have:Experience in a manufacturing or technical facilityFamiliarity with CMMS/maintenance trackingKnowledge of BAS/BMS systemsOSHA training or relevant certificationsWork Environment & Schedule:Austin-based manufacturing facility–be ready for hands-on, active work!Lifting, ladder climbing, and standing may be required.Occasional shift or on-call support for critical needs.Ready to put your skills to work at the heart of high-tech manufacturing?
