Job Duties
nAntea USA, Inc. (AnteaGroup) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, mid-level Integrated Due Diligence (IDD) Senior Project Professional. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting mergers & acquisition (M&A) projects of varying difficulty (from simple warehouses to more complex manufacturing facilities) and will support IDD project teams on a variety of assignments.
nAs an IDD Senior Project Professional, your primary responsibilities would include supporting M&A projects by conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) either on-site following ASTM requirements, or desktop reviews; Material EHS Compliance Reviews; Phase II ESAs; and more complex acquisition and divestiture projects, including performing related research and report writing. The role will require working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to build Antea Group's technical teams and an ability to meet assigned project scope, budget and schedule, and client satisfaction expectations, and internal metrics.
nThis is a full-time role with up to 50% of travel anticipated. This may require working alone in remote locations (following all policies with respect to safety and security) and/or out-of-state work. Typical travel includes staying over at site locations for one or more nights for the purpose of conducting due diligence site visits and related research, including visiting various state and municipal offices. The site locations may change based on IDD project needs and may not be region-specific.

nQUALIFICATIONS:
nEducation and Training
nBS in Environmental Sciences / Geology / Environmental Engineering or a related science
nProficiency in Microsoft products and applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
nMid-career level with 5 - 8 years of applicable environmental experience
nThis position may require a 40-hour HAZWOPER OSHA certification. While current certification is desirable, it is not required to apply, and HAZWOPER training can be provided, if needed.
nExperience and Fundamental Skill Set
nStrong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) with an innate attention to detail
nStrong desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong technical support team
nStrong time management and decision-making skills
nAble to work independently at remote locations
nAbility to multi-task with multiple projects or assignments
nInterest and motivation to diversify skill set with additional training
nFamiliarity with state and federal environmental regulatory framework
nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
nPotential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (for safety-sensitive roles). nPhysical Requirements / Work Environment - Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:
nSedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work)
nFrequently required to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time
nOccasional lifting and carrying of low (under 25 lbs) to moderate (25 to 49 lbs) weight objects
nRepetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching)
nSubject to indoor environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change)
nOperation of a motor vehicle
nAdditionally, if you are completing client meetings or client project site visits you will need to complete a medical surveillance/fitness-for-duty examination and maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
nMedium to heavy work.
nSubject to outside environmental conditions: heat/cold, wind, wet and/or humid, etc.
nOccasional stooping (bending body downward and forward), kneeling (bending legs at knee), crouching (bending body downward and forward) and climbing.
nFrequent lifting (including push/pull, hold/carry) of light, moderate and possibly heavy weight objects.
nSubject to hazards, including a variety of physical conditions, including but not limited to: proximity to moving vehicles, parts or equipment; exposure to chemicals; pressure (including noise); electrical hazards; biological hazards; excavation/trenching; confined spaces; elevated work; materials handling.
nMay be required to wear an air purifying respirator.
nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
nThe salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant's location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
