Mid-Level Bankruptcy Litigation & Restructuring Associate

Overview

• The practice handles complex national bankruptcy and related litigation cases, with matters routinely involving high-stakes litigation and contested issues in Chapter 11 cases.
• The role involves supporting complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts.
• The associate will represent a broad range of stakeholders, including creditors' committees, liquidation trustees, receivers, debtors, landlords, secured and unsecured creditors, and will be involved in drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and related filings, as well as participating in substantive court proceedings.
• Specific experience in chapter 11 matters, creditor-side representation, litigation, taking and defending depositions, and courtroom advocacy is required.
• The position requires collaboration with attorneys across offices and practice groups on restructuring matters.
