Requirements

- Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers.
- Interest in securitization and structured finance.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Previous large law firm experience.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the state of Florida.
