Seeking a Mid-level Associate with experience closing real estate finance transactions. Duties include working with a team of attorneys and reviewing diligence, drafting loan documents and assisting with commercial and real estate loan closings on behalf of financial institutions and borrowers. Salary range is $170,000-$190,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. Billable hours expectation is minimum 1,800 hours a year. Admission to the New York bar is required.
