- 3-5 years of prior experience with an Am Law or highly reputable boutique law firm
- Strong academic credentials and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the state of New Jersey
- Advising publicly traded companies
- Federal securities law compliance
- Public & private securities offerings
- Stock exchange listings and ongoing compliance
- Corporate governance
- Venture finance transactions
- M&A experience
- Base salary range: $225K - $435K
- Final comp depends on experience, market factors, etc.

- Heavy emphasis on public company work + securities regulation
- Classic "capital markets + governance" hybrid seat, with optional M&A/venture exposure
