Responsibilities
- Represent creditors and financial institutions in state and federal court proceedings.
- Advise clients on loan restructuring and recovery strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Negotiate and draft settlement agreements and lending documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on financial issues.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Maryland Bar (additional Bar Admissions a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience in creditors' rights or financial services litigation.
- Strong litigation, documentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
