MicroStrategy Bi Developer / Tech LeadWe are seeking a talented MicroStrategy Bi Developer to design, develop, and implement robust business intelligence solutions using the MicroStrategy platform. This role involves creating interactive dashboards, reports and data visualizations that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization for the Program.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and documents.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.Participate in code reviews and follow established SDLC processes.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing BI reports and applications.Required Skills:7–15 years in software development, with 4+ years relevant BI experience.Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS).Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schema design.Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy architecture, tools, and components (MicroStrategy Desktop / Web / Mobile / MicroStrategy Dossier / Visual Insight / MicroStrategy Intelligence Server).Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.MicroStrategy certifications or relevant BI tool certifications.Experience in domains such as retail, banking, sales, or marketing analytics is a strong plus.
