Working remotely on a contract basis, the Microsoft Teams Ribbon SBC Engineer will optimize Unified Communications design, participate in technical meetings, and provide consultation services related to change management activities. Key responsibilities Optimize the design of Unified Communications and provide configuration services for complex changes Collaborate with the Program Management Office and support organizations to document and communicate project activities Assist in troubleshooting incidents and lead functional failover testing to ensure system performance Required qualifications 8+ years of Voice/Collaboration engineering experience 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams 2+ years of experience with Ribbon SBC Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Applicable certification or training preferred
