Microsoft Solutions Associate

To support a growing team, the full-time Microsoft Solutions Associate will act as a consultative resource for sales and customers, managing inbound requests and providing Microsoft product guidance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with Sales Associates to identify and pipeline opportunities for Advanced Technology Products Manage inbound requests and process contract amendments and related customer documentation Communicate with and train Account Managers to enhance customer responses and maintain product knowledge Required qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft solutions and programs, with a focus on on-the-job training leading to certification Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, with negotiation and presentation skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for presenting complex information Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
