Microsoft Power Platform Solutions LeadContractChicago ILContractor’s Role:We are looking for a hands-on Senior Solution Leader who can help us develop and deliver these capabilities.Qualifications:• 10+ years of experience with a strong focus on leading and delivering the design and build of Microsoft-based technology solutions• Successfully leading team-based/individually contributing to projects that included discovery, requirements gathering engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders, translating requirements, and configuring/building Microsoft solutions and apps• Develop, maintain, and support solutions developed using the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as future technologies• Providing technical oversight and leadership to team members in delivering Microsoft solutions and apps• Developing deep expertise with SharePoint Online (knowledge of prior SharePoint versions a plus), Microsoft Teams, the Microsoft Power Platform and other M365 technologies• Defining a vision for digital collaboration in the modern workplace• Demonstrating excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in written form• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively• Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking• Staying up to date on the latest updates to the Microsoft 365 platform, as well as future roadmap features announcements and virtual conference information• Having a keen sense of designing automation solutions for organizational processes, considering impact on both processes and people• Working effectively as a technologist in one or more industries and business areas• Experience/exposure to processes in one or more types of business departments (e.g., HR, Finance, etc.)• Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree in a business or technology field of study• Ability to work from home and/or offices in Chicago• Versatile associates who thrive on variety and challenge• Proven leaders with strong growth and delivery track records and mindsets• Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture• Engaging technologists who make a positive impactSome Alternate Expectations:• Experience building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online.• Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types using the Office 365 API.• Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services.• Experience with Visual Studio and TFS or other source control management tools.• Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3.• Knowledge front end frameworks (React, Angular).• Candidate must be the quintessential team player and a highly skilled communicator.Nice to Haves:• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus.Tasks & Responsibilities:• Analyze, design, and develop innovative software solutions for business partners• Focus on shaping and architecting new solutions that enable our clients to fully realize the value of their Microsoft 365 investments.
