Leading the design and delivery of Microsoft-based business solutions, the full-time Senior Microsoft Solution Architect (Azure & Dynamics 365) will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while managing discovery workshops, developing solution strategies, and providing architectural oversight throughout project lifecycles. Key responsibilities Lead executive-level discovery sessions and strategy workshops to translate business objectives into scalable Microsoft solutions Design end-to-end solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and AI technologies while establishing architectural best practices Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development, while collaborating with internal and Microsoft stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of Microsoft consulting, architecture, or enterprise technology experience 5+ years of Azure architecture and cloud solution experience, including 3+ years with Dynamics 365 integration Experience leading client-facing solution architecture and digital transformation initiatives Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or willingness to obtain
