Providing escalated support and operational maintenance for client cloud environments, the full-time remote Sr. Microsoft O365 Cloud Engineer will manage Microsoft services across Azure and Office 365, focusing on project-based initiatives and upgrades to existing infrastructure. Key responsibilities: Analyze client requests to determine underlying problems and recommend solutions Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and administer O365 environments Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and maintain documentation of client environments and best practices Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred, such as Computer Science or MIS 8+ years of professional IT experience with at least 5 years supporting O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Microsoft certifications (MCSE, AZ-104) required, with AZ-500 preferred Advanced PowerShell scripting experience Ability to work independently on technical tasks with minimal supervision
