About the Opportunity

A growing enterprise managed services provider is adding a Microsoft Intune Administrator to its Endpoint Team. This is a hands-on role focused on Intune administration, endpoint policies, device compliance, application deployment, and device lifecycle management.

You’ll also support key parts of the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Teams. SharePoint experience is a plus, while strong, practical Intune experience is the priority.

What You’ll Do

• Administer Microsoft Intune and manage device configuration, compliance policies, and endpoint lifecycle.
• Deploy and manage applications through Intune.
• Monitor device health and compliance using Intune and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support endpoint access and administration across Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks, reporting, and endpoint configurations.
• Support hybrid endpoint environments, including Autopilot, Conditional Access, and mobile device management.
• Improve SharePoint Online sites with attention to governance, usability, and ongoing support.
• Work with engineering and managed services teams to resolve issues and improve endpoint operations.
• Use N-able N-central to support daily operations and client environments.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Experience deploying applications and managing device configuration and compliance in Intune.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, and OneDrive.
• PowerShell scripting experience for automation, reporting, or administration.
• Familiarity with Autopilot, Conditional Access, and mobile device management.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

• SharePoint Online administration or site support.
• N-able N-central experience.
• Experience supporting MSP clients or multi-tenant environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary of $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience. Candidates with strong Intune, SharePoint, and N-central experience may be considered toward the top of the range.
