Designing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, the full-time Microsoft Fabric Data Analyst will work remotely to transform raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making for travel loyalty programs. Key responsibilities Design, build, and publish Power BI reports utilizing Fabric semantic models in both DirectLake and Import modes Translate business needs into logical data models and create intuitive report layouts Gather and refine reporting requirements in collaboration with business partners to ensure accurate and timely insights Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience building Power BI reports and dashboards in a professional environment Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data modeling Proficiency in DAX for measures and calculated columns, as well as SQL for querying relational sources A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience DP-600 Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification is preferred, to be obtained within 12 months of hire
