To support a growing enterprise data platform, the contract Microsoft Fabric Architect will design and enhance Microsoft Fabric architecture, build scalable data models, and establish governance standards while working remotely with a preference for candidates located near the Charlotte region for occasional onsite support. Key responsibilities Design and enhance Microsoft Fabric architecture across the enterprise Build scalable Medallion Architecture and develop Data Factory pipelines Establish governance, security, and engineering standards across Fabric Required qualifications Microsoft Fabric implementation experience Strong Data Engineering background Experience with Medallion Architecture and Lakehouse architecture Proficiency in Power BI Semantic Models and Azure Data Platform Experience in ETL/ELT development and data governance
