To support a growing engineering team, the remote Principal Microsoft Exchange Infrastructure Consultant will serve as the highest level of Exchange escalation, troubleshooting complex on-premises issues, reviewing and improving infrastructure, and mentoring other engineers on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot complex on-premises Microsoft Exchange issues in production environments Review, architect, and improve Exchange infrastructure, including upgrades and migrations Mentor engineers by sharing findings, recommendations, and best practices Required qualifications 10+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft Exchange environments Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition Expertise in Exchange architecture, DAGs, hybrid deployments, and disaster recovery Proficiency in Exchange PowerShell and Active Directory Experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
