Candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end upgrade initiatives, including infrastructure, database, and application layers, along with custom code remediation and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics GP from legacy to latest version
• Perform environment assessment, upgrade path planning, and risk analysis
• Upgrade – Windows Server )
• – SQL Server (2008 R2 2022)
• – Dynamics GP (2013 v18.8)
• Analyze, remediate, and validate custom code, integrations, and third-party add-ons
• Ensure data integrity, migration, and reconciliation during upgrade
• Develop cutover strategy, rollback plans, and validation procedures
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
• Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade-related issues

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (2013 to 18.x versions)
• Proven experience in upgrading GP from legacy versions to latest releases
• Expertise In – SQL Server upgrade/migration (2008 R2 2022)
